Land of Opportunity: Advancing the American Dream is a policy handbook that assesses the state of economic opportunity in America and offers solutions to strengthen prosperity and mobility for future generations. It presents a constructive counternarrative to populist critics who argue that the American economic system is fundamentally broken. Edited by AEI’s Kevin Corinth and Scott Winship, the handbook addresses the fundamental conditions that underpin the American Dream: economic growth, rising living standards, a resilient workforce, educational opportunity, and the social foundations of family, work, and community. Join us as two panels of policy experts will explore actionable steps that federal and state governments can take now to support upward mobility.
